Mouthful O' Jam is back with a stash of hot shellac for your dancing pleasure. Our fabulous DJ combo: Swing Maniac, Tim Hellzapoppin, Kid Krupa and Stompdown Geoff will be on the decks to delight you with hot jazz, jump, moody blues and sizzlin' swing, keeping you moving on the dance floor into the early hours. 

The wonderful Gaia will be teaching a beginners swing dance class at 8.00pm, then it's toe-tappin' toons through to two!

Saturday 6 October, 8.00pm to 2.00am - only £8 entry all evening, including the class.

Hi folks, well Mouthful is having yet another little party and we would like you to join us.

As you regular Mouthful folks know we have built up an amazing night both socially and musically.

Come in through the front entrance and talk to the door staff about your woes and troubles then leave them right there.

Have a chat to friends old and new in our social area whilst the amazing music and sound system envelope you and if you like to dance your socks off to music you have never heard before, thats just fabulous as we have plenty of that too.

Yes, that's right, the amazing DJ's are huge music fans and big collectors who want to give you the opportunity to listen to the records they have amassed over the years. The Genres are Jazz 1920's through the 40's; Jump Music to Swing Jazz with the occasional cheeky little latin number thrown in.

Be marvelled how good this sounds on shellac 78 with the best specific system around utilising vintage decks, 3 valve amps and specialised speakers. Yes folks, the sound is amazing!

Our house DJ's Tim Hellzapoppin', Kid Krupa and a special guest will certainly show the others how its done.

Gaia and Aki will be back from their sojourn so will teach some great steps from 7.30pm with a fun beginners swing dance class.

All this for just £7 all evening including the class.

Yes folks it is not only the best value for money event in London but the best vintage dance event in London. People have tried to emulate but never got anywhere close.

Well folks the last one was rather amazing so we hope to recreate it with another fully packed night with the best music in town. Tim Hellzapoppin' and Kid Krupa will be hitting up the decks with the hottest shellac of Jazz, Swing, Jump and Blues to keep your feet tapping.
As most of you already know there is not another club like Mouthful so get your butt down and shake a tail feather. 
We are also very pleased to announce that this month we also have a band the 'Jazz Cannibals' they played Mouthful last year and they went down a storm.

At the beginning of the evening if you are feeling a little shy then Gaia will take you through a few steps and get you moving with a dance lesson. 
Entry is just £7 for the whole evening including the dance lesson.
