Hi folks, well Mouthful is having yet another little party and we would like you to join us.

As you regular Mouthful folks know we have built up an amazing night both socially and musically.

Come in through the front entrance and talk to the door staff about your woes and troubles then leave them right there.

Have a chat to friends old and new in our social area whilst the amazing music and sound system envelope you and if you like to dance your socks off to music you have never heard before, thats just fabulous as we have plenty of that too.

Yes, that's right, the amazing DJ's are huge music fans and big collectors who want to give you the opportunity to listen to the records they have amassed over the years. The Genres are Jazz 1920's through the 40's; Jump Music to Swing Jazz with the occasional cheeky little latin number thrown in.

Be marvelled how good this sounds on shellac 78 with the best specific system around utilising vintage decks, 3 valve amps and specialised speakers. Yes folks, the sound is amazing!

Our house DJ's Tim Hellzapoppin', Kid Krupa and a special guest will certainly show the others how its done.

Gaia and Aki will be back from their sojourn so will teach some great steps from 7.30pm with a fun beginners swing dance class.

All this for just £7 all evening including the class.

Yes folks it is not only the best value for money event in London but the best vintage dance event in London. People have tried to emulate but never got anywhere close.

September Mouthful is going to be epic as we have a very special guest DJ this month. When I started going out in the 80's there was this amazing paradise of a place to dance. The music in this club was incredible, the place was packed full, hot and sweaty with an atmosphere full of excitement. I can remember the journey in the car to Camden and just couldn't wait to get there. Through the door of the pub, then through another to the back room...
It was smokey and the sounds hit you like a bat. Music I heard for the first time in the early days happened there. The club of course was ' The Fortissimo ' and the DJ at the time was of course our very own original and first 'Rohan The Man'. This guy dug out tunes that are now the very staple of the scene, this guy started it all.
Those tunes you now love and dance like mad to in the rhythm and blues ilk were brought out of obscurity by this man. To say I'm excited is an understatement.
All this said there will also be top DJ's; Tim Hellzapoppin' and Kid Krupa playing hot 78's too keep you all moving. Swing, Jazz, Jump, Rhythm & Blues as well as some nice early rock n' roll.

Hi folks! Well, June is nearly here and so is the football.. so, June is the last Mouthful until August :-(
As usual we have Tim Hellzapoppin' and Kid Krupa on the wheels of stone laying down some killa' tunes; Jazz, Blues, Jump and Swing as well as Rhythm and Blues all on original 78's.

The beginning of the evening will see Gaia teaching you some moves that you can hit the dance floor with from 7.30pm all the way till 2am!

We also have a couple of very special birthdays this month. The wonderful Dave Piggott and Juliette Sugg will both be celebrating so cake and dancing are the order of the evening.

Well folks yet another fabulous evening is on its way with our DJ's playing the most killa tunes in London that you will ever hear, all on 78's too! 

This month we have guest DJ Stomp Down Geoff as well as our hot regulars; Kid Krupa & Tim Hellzapoppin. 

This month will see Emma's birthday in full swing so if you're a regular please do put on your flowery shirt or bonnet. 

I'm not giving away her age but we have decided to call it Hawaii 5-0.

As you know Mouthful is London's hottest event for music lovers and dancers alike, people try to copy us but a pastiche is still a pastiche, we are the real deal.
