Beginners Lindy Hop dance course, NEW DATES!! 5 weeks, 8pm-9:30pm, starting Wednesday 25th of April 2012. Learn the partner dance that started them all in this intensive 5 week beginners class. We will focus on laying strong foundations in the language of Swing Dancing. Strengthen your style, your moves and your dance confidence. By the end of this class you'll have a solid grasp of Lindy Hop rhythm & musicality, connection, and a grab bag of moves that you can pull out on any dance floor. This dance will have you smiling, sweating, and wishing for more! Musicality and passion for the dance is my main focus in teaching. Limited spaces! Mouthful O' Jam April, 2012!

Aprils Mouthful O' Jam has no fools just the hottest DJ's playing the hottest Jazz, Swing, Jump and Rhythm and Blues on original 78rpm recordings on probably the best 78 sound system around. Our very special guest DJ this month is the amazing Lady Kamikaze herself. As you know Lady K always brings something special to an evening when she DJ's and I'm sure this time it will be as hot as ever. Our usual spinners will keep you on your toes too. Tim Hellzapoppin', Kid Krupa and Swing Maniac.
The evening will start with a dance lesson from our very own American instructoress Gaia Hannan all for just £5 entry.

Mouthful O' Jam, March 3rd!

Mouthful O' jam is back after a hectic weekend that was EBI and wow what a weekend. Now back to normal and the fabulous mix of Swing, Jump, Hot Jazz, Rhythm and Blues and maybe some Blues too. Hot 78 spinners Tim Hellzapoppin', Kid Krupa and Swing Maniac will take you through your paces and maybe a special guest DJ this month too. Londons best known American Swing Instructoress will be teaching a class at 7:30pm then music all the way till 2am. £5 entry includes free lesson :-)
